only thing i've seen relates to the number of press ups ,you can do .This shows way to how heavy the twister,not very scientific as no account taken for bodyweight .Dont forget its also a totally different exercise .plus other upper parts

these power twisters are from China who are the best makers of power twisters. The best being Haoying, gold.

Q: what does presale mean /which one would suite a 70 year 215 lb person trying to build strength ad a bit more musclr size chest shulders ?

possibly something in 30 to 40 kg to start then build up or try bullworker

Q: Why does this state not recommended for women?

The amount of tension might be too much for women. I have one that amounts to 90 pounds when bent all the way.
