Solid pan, terrible handle
This pan is sturdy and well-made. It won’t warp like the last nonstick frying pan I bought. But this pan is heavy, and the handle is extremely uncomfortable to manage. I’m not weak, but with its weird-shaped handle, holding this pan — especially with one hand — really hurts my hand.

What a great pan
Over the years, I have had other frying pans. Never have I had such a well-balanced pan. It is beautiful, works perfectly, distributes heat evenly, and nice to use with the 2nd handle.

Two years and going STRONG
I bought this in May of 2022 and have owned it for over two years. It is still INCREDIBLE at being nonstick. There is no residue on it and is as clean as the day I bought it. If you take care of it (don’t shock it, don’t cook highly acidic foods in it, don’t use metal utensils) it will treat you well. It is HEAVY but in a good, solid way. Works great on our induction stovetop. If I ever have to replace it, I will absolutely buy this again.

So-so….
Rather heavy and unwieldy. Forget flipping in pan. Use spatula. Caution touching the small steadying handle. It remains hot well after the pan itself has cooled. I’ll opt for the 10” version. 12” really needs a revised handle design.
