Product serves purpose, and was easy to setup. Accurancy was not great compared to mechanical guage and other product and wifi seemed a little weak in fringe areas compared to other smart devices.

It does the job, but we often have to pull the batteries and reset it to work again.

I purchased this for home automation, to monitor the temperature inside our motorhome. The challenge with using it for that scenario is that it is tied to a single Wi-Fi network, so using this while traveling from campground to campground is problematic. Also, the screen is hard to read and it defaults to celsius, so it has to be toggled anytime or loses power. The final straw was that this device failed in less than 90 days. It's junk, IMHO.

Don’t buy this thing, temp and humidity is about 6 degrees off and humidity is way off as well.Also is a nightmare trying to use this to automate with Alexa. Gave up after realizing how bad the probe is.

I already have several Lacrosse temp/humidity sensors around my home. While they are wifi connected, the app doesn’t interface with Alexa at all. So they perform little more than a display and alert function.I also have multiple lights and switches through Tuya which I started using a year ago. One of these is a smart plug into which I have plugged an electric oil-filled radiator. Other than simple scheduling, there’s not much more I can do to automate it based on conditions.This sensor synced up with my Tuya app almost as soon as I plugged it in, and it required very little intervention and almost no troubleshooting.Many have complained here that while you can set the display screen to show either F or C, the Tuya app still shows in C. I found that simply scrolling to the bottom, choosing “Set”, and then “Temp unit convert”, allows you to change so the app displays in Fahrenheit as God and Our Founding Fathers intended.The LCD screen is very difficult to read. No backlight, and the gray background is too similar to the black digits, which are also not bold. May not be such a big deal as mostly it will be monitored through the app.I set up an automated routine in Tuyaso that if the temp falls below a certain point, the electric radiator turns on. This is useful if, for example, the furnace fails to turn on, so that the heater can maintain at least a minimum temperature.However I notice the temp displayed is off (low by a couple degrees compared to my other digital thermometer and digital thermostat in the same room. So if I want to program such that the radiator turns on at it below 67 F, I actually have to use 65 F as the threshold.After I had the device linked in Tuya, and I already have Tuya linked to Alexa, so adding it to Alexa was fairly simple. I do see that it shows the humidity rather than temperature. However Alexa has a new feature called Favorites. If you add the sensor as a Favorite, it will show the temperature, in All-American Fahrenheit Freedom degrees.

This is a very good thermostat/hygrometer combo. It pairs with "Smart Life" app in seconds.I set it up to control the heater for my grow tent, and it was a breeze.Here is the list of pros and consPros:- Easy to set up and pair with "Smart Life"- Easy to create scene (another name for IFTTT)- Use usb instead of battery- Works greatCons:- Nice to have a hook to hang, instead of stand.- Smart life app keeps switch it back to Celcius, despite setting to F. I guess this is "smart life" issue.

I have this in engine compartment of my boat with a heater I bought to monitor overall temps. Works great and the Bluetooth is strong enough that I can verify the temperature from inside my home. Very pleased.
