I print a lot of stickers for various organizations, and to my surprise they all come out great. My previous printer was not pulling the sticker paper through completely, so I wasted a lot of sticker paper. This prints regular copy paper very fast, plus it's a breeze to set-up. Only wish I had purchase it sooner.

The printer was purchased for my wife to use with her business. She had issues and simply would not use it; she kept going back to an older HP Printer that had its own set of issues but printed better than this. So, there were a small number of print jobs on it when I decided to see what was going on. I should have done this sooner. I saw that there were serious print issues that I could not resolve. So, I contacted HP Support, and they went through things with me. In the end, they shipped a replacement printer.All is well with the replacement printer. Excellent print quality, and scan quality. All is well and I highly recommend, as always, HP Printers. The most important feature of a purchase is support, and I must say that HP excelled in this area.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased. The first thing to know is it only will use HP Instant Ink. The cartridges are chipped . I cancelled the Instant Ink and I purchased another set of cartridges only to have to return them because they would not work and it was said that they were compatible and would work . The Instant Ink cartridges that I still had were practically full. They would not work after I cancelled the plan. They actually requested that I return them, I had paid for them, I threw them out. The printer itself is not without fault. It is only 7 months old and started to not work. I would have to unplug it from the outlet and restart it several times to get it to run. It's slow, but then it is only an inkjet. Needless to say, it's now not returnable. So, it sits on my desk unused. I purchased a laserjet printer for half the price this week. It's great. No special ink subscription required, it's fast, and does a great job. It is an HP though, so we will see how this goes. If it goes haywire on me, I will never buy an HP printer again. It will be back to Brothers for me.

This printer produces excellent quality documents quickly and scanning is easy. I have not used it to print photos. I would give it 5 stars except I am still recovering from the set up. The HP Smart app is decidedly not smart at all. I have strong wifi and even with my laptop and modem within two feet of the printer, I had a very sluggish, balky response going through the set up. Eventually, the printer set up just got stuck. After trying all kinds of remedies to include powering off and on, unplugging the power cord at both ends, deleting and reinstalling the HP Smart app and repeating all of this for a couple hours, I contacted HP Chat. That was a hassle as well because I had to register for an account and that did not go smoothly. Even after my email was verified, the HP server still didn’t recognize me. I kept trying and got lucky. After about 20 minutes, I finally connected with an excellent technician who solved my issues in about 25 minutes. With his help, I was able to set up the printer. Even then, what the printer asked on the screen did not conform with the steps the tech was asking me to take. Once the printer seemed to get some attention from the HP server it was communicating with, it raced ahead of the steps the tech was asking me to follow. About an hour later, the printer updated the drivers automatically (it took 45 minutes) and all is well.Setting up a printer shouldn’t be this hard. If you buy this printer, just be sure to set enough time aside to deal with potential set up issues even when you follow all the app prompts accurately. I have installed many printers and this was, by far, the most difficult because the HP Smart software did not perform well at all. I wished I could have set up this printer without it.I did not receive lots of prompts to join HP+ or Instant Ink as some other reviewers have.

Read the description and if it matches your needs, this is a good option. Setup and installation is a snap and it worked right out of the box. Had a bit of a problem getting it to respond to my Samsung S23, but I now believe it was a systems problem, not the printer. Had some system issues soon after the installation, and once I tracked them down and corrected the problems, everything in the house now works faster and better, including my new printer. I recommend this product.
