Q: What are the actual size dimensions of the mask, itself? Thanks!

Just is right - 6.75x3.75 in their out of the box folded state. The box says 17.5x9.5cm but they are actually 16.5x9.5cm. The problem is that there isn’t as much material in the folds. My last masks also were 3.75 inches folded but they opened to 6.75 stretched out. These only stretch open to 5.75 inches. So if the distance between the bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin is more than 5.5 inches I would look elsewhere.

Q: Is this made in USA or china?

Box says 'Made in China'... also they break very easily.

Q: How are the ear loops they look pretty big i have small face for adults

The ear loops are a little tight. If you have a small face they will probably be fine. I did find the mask is a little big. I tuck in the sides at the pleats and staple it so it doesn’t go up to my eyes.
