handy little clips
I have used these in conjunction with trouser/Jeans belt loops to fix clip on braces/suspenders adds a little bit more security

Spring mechanism seems reasonably robust. Am using clips to hang solar lights so not tested strength.

Paper clips are stronger
Don’t bother. Extremely flimsy clips, broke first time they were opened without adding any extra weight. A paper clip would be more secure. Don’t waste your money and time having to return them.

Flimsy
Flimsy, two broke within the first couple of days. Not built to stand up to repeated use.If you catch it wrong, the connecting pin hinge is really sharp as well.They were really cheap so I guess I got what I paid for. Still disappointing though.
