Ok. So I wanted a wireless microphone and a friend recommended this one. When I opened it and set it up, I was quite impressed at the sound quality especially in the wind. However there is a voice changing feature but there is nothing to say what setting it is on. Imagine my annoyance when I had a clip with a squeaky voice. It did make a good blooper though… the biggest problem though is the build quality of the connector to the phone. It is very flimsy and if you’re not careful bends easily. I was very careful in the handful of times I used it but the last time I noticed the connector was bent and had stopped working. I think this is due to the build quality and for the price is a bit disappointing.However I contacted customer service and a very kind lady asked for my address so the item could be replaced. She sent out a replacement. Very impressed with this as I had just wanted a new adaptor (but this on its own wasn’t available).Overall, I feel the product feels a bit cheap and flimsy. When it works it is absolutely 10/10 fantastic quality and sounds great, but the build quality could use some looking at. 10/10 for customer support though, very impressed.

This is a great Mic, reliable and fantastic sound quality, the only con is the dead cat, it was knocked off by my camera bag without me noticing. But, if you keep it 'inside' your jacked on a windy day, it has the same affect of reducing wind noise. For the price compared to named brands, it's well worth the money and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this brand again.

ProsIt's well made, good voice reproduction, excellent range, easy to connect.ConsCarry case is appallingly cheap. The sound effects are laughably rubbish. The wind muff (deadcat) comes off a little to easily.

The product actually meets the description and does what it says. But… the quality isn’t really that great, the audio I found recorded was decent if not average.For the price the product is a good deal but would I recommend this upfront or go better?Really depends on your needs - if I could go back in time I would spend a bit more and get a better quality one than this

I've been testing microphones for my iPhone 12 all week and I have to say that this wireless microphone from SYNCO is the best one yet! The audio quality is great with only the tiniest amount of hiss (which cleans up perfectly in seconds using ByeNoise App @ £4.99). The end result is crystal clear spoken vocal audio for use on blogging / social etc, which is my intended destination for these recordings.The icing on the cake really comes in the form of the gain boost function and the ability to plug in a wired TRS lapel microphone if you need / want that level of control and flexibility. I imagine that ultimately I WILL pair the transmitter with a lapel mic but the onboard mic on the transmitter sounds great straight out of the box!!Setup was a breeze, it paired in 2 seconds and was ready to go. The monitoring audio out jack is super handy to check what you're recording sounds like and all in all, this is one fantastic wireless microphone option for iPhone. It's a keeper and will now become my regular work horse for spoken audio recordings.Great job SYNCO, I'm REALLY pleased with this one!!

A fantastic low-cost wireless mic. Simple to set up with an existing smartphone (I used my Galaxy S21), without the need for a portable recording device/pre-amp etc. Do yourself a favor, if you are recording video with your camera's onboard microphone and are looking to up your game without breaking the bank.. Consider one of these :)

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to the Rode Wireless Go system. I often record audio to my phone through a lavalier mic but I wanted to ditch the wire and have a little more flexibility. It was a breeze to use, both the mic and receiver paired without issue and the sound quality was decent with only a little hiss that I can remove in post.The transmitter was lightweight and easy to place, though the wind muff falls of if you so much as look at it!The compact system was looking like it would solve all of my issues but after listening back to it I realised there were gaps in the audio where signal had simply dropped for no reason. Because of this I had to return it and purchase a wired solution instead.

Did use it on my Iphone 12 max for video shoots. Crystal clear voice reception over distance and easy to set up. Great product for a decent price
