The best book to revert pre or diabetes
I tried about ten books about pre diabetes and diabetes. I sent them all back but this one because this is the most complete, most matter of fact book on the subject.It's very well written and easy to understand whilst being very informative.it highlights the importance of exercise, intermittent fasting and , obviously, diet. Unlike the book written by some silly GP who claims that if you have pre diabetes is because you are a victim , not because you ate too much sugar. The silly GP also says that exercise is not important...Anyway, this is the book to go for if you are prediabetic as I was (Not anymore. My numbers are back to normal ). Read the book, follow its instructions and persevere. Good luck!P.S. The only thing missing from this book is also missing from other books: No or little information on important supplements such as berberine, apple cider vinegar , cinnamon and chromium.

excellent no nonsense book to beat T2D
I wish I had this code available to me much sooner.Five reasons why this has helped me;1. Time Restricted Fasting/ IF is doable as a life style.2. Mediterranean Diet and cutting starchy carbs is not daunting.3. Exercise is great and 10,000 steps per day can be achieved.4. Sleeping for 8 hours is good for repairing cells.5. Solvable fibre, such as in psyllium works wonders for your biome and lowering cholesterol.
