Rich Piana 5% Nutrition Egg White Crystals

This stuff is great. I use it for my over night oats to get some protein. There is no flavor at all. This stuff is like crystals. You can actually mix it with water and cook them for egg whites.

Great product, and I think the taste is pretty damn close to the liquid eggs you get at the grocery store. My only compliant is that the instructions tell you to put way too much water. After some experimenting i find that 5scoops with about 4oz's or so of water is perfect. Not bad to put 2-3scoops in a protein shake for a serious intake of protein. I use quality skim milk so my shakes easily get to 55-65 grams when I add this.

I mix this product with my Real Food Sweet potato and it's quite tasty; I don't like it by itself.
