Graywind Roller Shades Blinds Remote Controller Accessories (Fill Difference)

These blinds are awesome. They provide privacy and block out heat and light. They were easy to install and work well. Graywind is an easy company to work with and immediately responds to questions or concerns. One of my blinds arrived with a broken motor. They sent me a new one right away. I love that I can rise and lower my blinds at the click of a button.

Small and compact, and it does what it's supposed to do. Works with the Yoolax app and Yoolax BLE motors. We can now control the blinds with Google Assistant for the whole house. It's priced cheaper than what the store offered. Absolutely love the smart automation.

I am pleased with the product quality and look. I did not order the valance initially but would like to add it now. Is there a way I can order it now?

These shades are very easy to install and are much less expensive (25%) than Hunter Douglas. I modified the instructions and sent them to Graywind in order to make them clearer to English speaking clients. They are easy to connect to Amazon/Alexa. The provided remote works well as it does not require you to have it pointed directly at the shade. We chose these as we - like many folks - have the half round windows above the standard windows and they can cover all of it or part of it as your needs throughout the day change. We like the rechargeable feature vs. replacement batteries and after two months no recharge has been needed yet. Fabric choices are many and we suggest getting the fabric samples before ordering. The picture shows them partially down but they go all the way to the floor.Highly recommend these shades.

Update: seller is proactive in making things right. They recognized that Matter does not work with Google in my instance and offered to send me their BLE hub since I previously purchased their BLE blinds. This hub with the BLE motor works perfectly with Google.

The customer service was the best!!! The product was amazing. My husband installed them easily, he would have nothing unless it had a remote, these were perfect. I had a good choice of fabrics and backers. They sent out a selection of fabrics to look at and backers to choose from.The price/cost was so low we were skeptical of buying. Value is in the nice product, but in the customer service, selection, and the service after the sale. We had excellent service even after the sale, they did not just get the order to us then drop us. I cannot tell you how important it is to see the customer through. We so appreciate it! Love our shades!!
