Just I expected.

... definitely be covered by another taste but in something like a pie crust
This flour works okay if it'll definitely be covered by another taste but in something like a pie crust, it just tastes weird. It has a smell that is almost toxic when it's raw and that smell carries over as taste when it's cooked. I won't buy it again but it technically works as well as any rice flour.
