Daughter wanted one without keys as she always loses them. Worked fine when I first tried it. Changed the code fine but then the new code didn't work took me a while to figure out new code but now works fine everytime just not change code again

Seller is awful
Product is faulty abs seller will not refund or replace without the old one which I have my private information... banks details passwords etc and I don’t want to send all my details back to someone who could fix and use said product
