Leitner LH275 2-in-1 Wireless DECT Headset with Mic – Computer and Telephone Compatible – NOT Bluetooth – 5 Year Warranty

This my second Leitner headset. My first Leitner DECT headset was lost - I walk around with it so much I think it was accidentally thrown out! This time, I upgraded to the LH570I think these are great value. I use this with an ARM based Mac via USB-C. The range covers our whole property, no static, no connection issues. It's quite good to be able to walk the house and grounds while on conference calls or meetings. The battery life is excellence, get compliments on the voice quality, and it's quite comfortable.My only room for improvement would be a small light on the tip of the microphone to show mute status. Currently, you hold a volume button down for a second and you hear a few short beeps. I think the beeps reoccur every 5 minutes to remind of the mute. I'd love a quick visual to verify that the microphone is muted. Then could easily glance down to see if the red light is on for mute or not without unnecessary beeps in the ear.Other than that, excellent microphone, great range, cheaper than other options, no compatibility issues, NO NEED TO INSTALL SOFTWARE, perfect.

Our office has had this product at a few desks for several years. The quality is excellent for single earpiece and boom microphone. Between using the headset daily for taking phone calls and switching to computer for online Zoom/Teams meetings, there's not a better wireless headset out there that improves productivity without having to manage a tangling of wires and/or switching between multiple headsets for different tasks.I can even walk around the office while on a call or meeting, to locations away from my desk as far away as 30 feet or more and not lose the signal.Customer Service is always excellent with Headset.com, where they are always helpful with replacement parts (this time we needed a replacement battery and ear cushion for easy swap-out), whether under the 5-year warranty or beyond.Highly recommended product for best office or home office use.

First and foremost, the customer hand holding was extraordinary. I received an unsolicited call from Raghu asking if I had set up the LH275 and if it was working to my satisfaction. I had not unboxed it yet and asked Raghu to call me back in two days. His return call was prompt. While not difficult to set up, the headset did not appear to be working well. Raghu walked me through all the tweaks until it functioned to perfection. He also answered patiently numerous questions I had both hypothetical and otherwise. Subsequently, he called back a day or two and then again a few weeks later to make sure I was still satisfied.As to the product itself, it serves its function well in my quiet office environment. The caller volume is adequately loud and adjustable. Most important, my clients all indicated their reception was excellent. Without much noise in the background, I can’t speak to the quality of the noise cancellation, other than my previous comment.The cradle/charger/base is small and convenient. It’s easy to put the headset in the cradle and remove it. I keep it there when not in use, without any apparent deleterious effect on the battery life. I have used the headset for several hours without recharging, the foregoing notwithstanding. LED lights on the base are easy to read and let me know at a glance whether the headset is charging or fully charged.The headset is comfortable. I frequently forget I’m wearing it. I pace a lot. Never had and issue with a disconnect at distances up to 30 feet (haven’t tried further) and through walls. Similarly, I’ve never had a client complain of a falloff of voice quality or volume.A good news/bad news point. The earcups are attached to the headset by two plastic balls that snap into place. The good news is that this allows the earcups a degree of motion, providing comfort. Also, it allows for inexpensive replacement of the cups if and when they wear out. The bad news is that one of the earcups falls off, not infrequently. I’m not sure whether I’m causing this by pulling out of the cradle rather than lifting up or if it’s just a tad lose and is getting knocked off in use. Snapping it back into place will likely cause wear and the problem to increase with time.The price necessitates this being top of the line in its class. Clients’ perception of voice quality is far more important than a few dollars of savings. In this regard the LH275 is worth every penny.

Ease of use from setup to testing with a live person from Leitner. They help you setup and troubleshoot your first call to ensure it sounds amazing, and #3. Customer service is second to none. This really should be the first, second, and third bullet point as it is very friendly, not sent overseas and they want their products to be successful in your hands. Comfortable and easy to use

This headset is the fourth Leitner headset I have ordered for our office and once I got it, I ordered two more. The clarity and ease of use is amazing and the customer service is hands down the best around! They will help you set it up which is super easy and they will listen to you for volume control. With this headset, you have the ability to use it with a physical phone as well as through your computer and can toggle back and forth easily between the two options. If you are looking for a high quality headset with exceptional sound quality and customer service, this is the one you want.

We recently changed out one of our headsets at our hotel front desk to a LH575. It gave us some functionality that the old headset didn't have, and it was clear enough for all of our staff to be able to hear the guests on the other side of the line. Our staff regularly walk with the headset over 100 feet to our kitchen to pickup take out / room service orders and the connection remains clear during travel. They are really enjoying being able to pick up the line using the button on the side of the headset (which required the optional lifter) that we didn't have before. After using the headset for 3 weeks, we purchased another for our second station. I'm looking forward to this working in our environment for a long time.

The media could not be loaded. We use this brand for 10 years, this time they came up with even better version - fancy light and easy to click button (before it was hard to find by the filter).Easy to switch from the phone to the computer (meetings, videos) and back to the phone . Easy to set up (2 minutes with no knowledge, you will need Handset LIFTER FOR LEITNER WIRELESS HEADSET as well to be able to go get a coffee and still pick up all phone calls at your table )

I couldn't be happier with this headset. It's exactly what I wanted and arrived super quick! It's very comfortable and the sound quality is spot on. It's so nice being able to switch between a desk phone (Polycom) and my PC. Great purchase!
