Classic Rock with Wishbone Ash
There are a few LIVE albums that are standouts in rock. Think Deep Purple Made in Japan, the Alman Brothers Live at Fillmore East, Rory Galagher Irish Tour '74, etc. This Wishbone Ash Live Dates album is right up there with the best of them. It starts off with The King Will Come, a personal favorit of mine, and ends with a 10+ minute tour-de-force of Phoenix that will blow the top of your head off. Also includes Rock and Roll Widow, Blowin Free and several others. Get it now. You won't regret it. Turn up the volume and be prepared for a rock show second to none. Abslutely stunning.

10 Star Music, 1 Star Sound Quality
Musically, this album is a Live Masterpiece & other reviews have said what I can't. Sound quality, it is NOT repeat NOT Remastered! It is the 1992 release minus the bonus track, which was an alternate version of Phoenix! Save money & get the 1 not marked Remastered, & wait for TRUE Remaster in the new box set!

Music I never tire of!
Music I never tire of! Most music gets tiring after a few hearings, but Wishbone Ash is one of the few from my teen years that I can listen to over and over - up there with Led Zeppelin in my book!

Better live than studio
I was a Wishbone Ash fan back in the 70's, but lost track of them until recently hearing some of their live shows on YouTube. They are better live than in the studio. I would have given this 5 stars, but their best live performance of songs from this era is the 20th Anniversary Concert of 1989, which I don't believe was ever released on CD.

One of My All Time Favorites...
I was at the concert that this Album was recorded from; one of my most awesome memories, especially the fact that the crowd was quiet enough to hear the songs, therby making this one of the finer "live" recordings to ever have been recorded. Another thing about Wishbone Ash that I have admired in so few groups like the Moody Blues, BTO, Peter Framptom, Jethro Tull, Santana, Traffic, Fleetwood Mac, The Who (&The Rolling Stones and Aerosmith after they "got sober".)and a few others is their wonderful ability to sound in concert just like the albums I've come to love. To me, that is the greatest indicator of a great Band. Anyone, even me, can be made to sound great in a studio. It takes real talent to do it live. To me, that says it all. To think that a band like Wishbone Ash, who used to fill up stadiums, are down to playing in small clubs(and they still sound great) Ther is a lot of music from the 60's, and the 70's that the younger generation is missing out from today, back when star artists played their own instruments, sang the songs they wrote themselves, & did it live without the Background track that many of the so-called" artists are doing now. Such a shame, really.

Must Have !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the most underrated bands of all time !! Never been a real live album kind of guy. [I would rather be at the concert] But this one like Frampton's comes alive, Humble Pie's Rockin' the Fillmore, and Jimi Hendrix Band of Gypsies.[Have them all on every format available] This is one of great live albums ever. Saw them about a year ago and it brought back many fond memories. The band is still tighter than ever today.

this is a good album from an under rated band...but not as good as I remember it on drugs in the 70s...…..

Wishbone Ash is so under rated.
I had this on LP, but the disc is great. This one of my favorite bands of the era.
