Morsa Design Mounting Arm

this arm works great for moving some items off of your handlebars when things get too crowded. I'm using it with a quarter turn adapter to hold my Garmin 800 and it works great.

Too bad. Only works for the one diameter bar. No shims provided - and I'm not going to try to fabricate my own. NG for me. But for others, maybe just the ticket. Cool idea - the system.

I bought the bar with two mounts, below is my review based on what I purchased: I needed something to mount my light above my handle bag bag, and found this. Bonus that I could also mount my garmin! (This was for a bike that I ride time to time, not my daily driver) #ridestreak I knew it wasn't going to raise the light above the bag, but figures it would be close enough and it was.I liked this set up so well, that I moved it to my daily driver and really like it. After getting this mount, I ended up getting a Go pro, so I ordered the go pro adapter.I few observations, I can't seem to figure our a way to mount a Garmin, a big headlight and a go pro all at the same time, not did I expect to.You'll need to find your own metric hex wrenches and none are supplied, and if you are trying to mount to a smaller rig than 31.8, no spacers, but that is clearly stated in the listing. No point loss for "it would be nice if the had included..."

I mount my Galaxy phone with DigiHud Pro as a Dashboard Cycling Ap on top and hang my GoPro beneath it with accessories for a nice compact ergonomic package. The only failure of the device has been that the press to fit brass insert, used as part of the clamping mechanism, pulled out allowing the arm to rotate on my handlebar.It cost me $.59 to drill out the insert hole and put a 1 1/2" #6 pan head phillips screw through the hole with a washer and nylock nut on the far side.
