I purchased this camera July 31, 2022. I give it 5 stars for function and reliability. The suction cup is not perfect. had to pickup my cam a couple of times but it functions well when you reset the camera. The cup just broke in June 2024 and much to my surprise I found a second one in the box. Good thinking Chortau. I highly recommend this camera.

Love this camera!...I bought 2 of them. It's "Your Witness" in court. Running it on a 12-v CONSTANT source will have it loop non-stop, and help you figure out who vandalized your property while you were away. BUT, letting it cool down and take a break can't hurt its lifespan, either...it got warm the other day since it's on the dash and sits in the hot sun when it's parked.I wish the suction cup were better, although it DOES work nicely once it's stuck in place. As a result, I don't slide it on/off to keep it away from prying eyes. Instead, I cover it with a dark cloth, and use my full windshield dash protector to hide it.I run it on 3-min loops, but I'll make them longer next time I'm in the menu system. When I pulled the card the other day, the shorter duration meant that I had a lot of files to sift through...no biggie. The image quality was nice enough to identify the make/model of cars around you, but reading license plates on car far away might take some video enhancing...as expected.

Firstly, I don't have an REAL reason for having a dash cam. I don't work ride share, or really have any issues with accidents, etc. The real reason I picked this up is that I see more and more people making baseless claims (someone blames you for their accident, police say you weren't wearing seat belt, etc.)I also wanted to show some of the crazy stuff I see on the road, as I drive all over for business. The camera works well enough with pretty good video quality. I like that it captures both the driver as well as what's going on in front of the car (think about the earlier comment about not having seat belt on). I doesn't show travel speed or any of the advanced information in higher end units, but at this price that was not expected.Mine needs to be connected to power all the time, or the battery will only last about 10 minutes. I had hoped I could charge it and move it from vehicle to vehicle, as running wires for power in all of them isn't a chore I look forward to. Maybe I got a bad one, but I suspect the internal battery is pretty cheap and wouldn't have lasted long anyway.It is nice that it auto powers up when powered by the vehicle ignition so there is a good case for having it wired. At the low cost, I may just buy a couple more for my other cars.So far, it is a pretty interesting toy, but I suspect that someday it may save me and become a tool. I will keep it running every time I drive.

Camera works great overall, extremely easy to install and function, had no problem buying any kind of SD card for it and the camera being able to read/format it! The mount it's literally perfect, its strong, solid, and sticks great to the windshield. Also just to note ; about 3 months after buying the camera I personally lost the mount when I was transferring it from vehicles so I contacted the seller to see if I could just buy another mount separately because my camera still works fine and the seller was so nice and without any questions asked offered to mail me a brand new mount for no charge!!! Best experience I've ever had with an Amazon seller! 5⭐ product and 5⭐ customer service.

Purchased this thinking it as gonna benefit my family but the life expectancy didnt even come close, just stopped working less than a year after. Originally it was only intermittent with issues then it turned into trash. 1 star because yes,it lasted a whole year!🤔

This is a great unit and easy to use and great picture quality. I bought this unit November 2021.The unit has been working great and then just recently the SD card would not stay in the unit .I emailed the company and told them the problem. They asked me for a short video of how I was installing the SD card. After they received my video after that they decided to send me a new unit which only took 2 days for me to receive the new one.Customer service was outstanding.I give it a 4 stars on the camera quality due to the SD would not stay in the unit after a couple of months of use.

So it does it's job well for the price, you will need to tweek the video settings for the camera pointed inside. Issue I have is that the internal battery has died and I can't seem to get it open to see if it's replaceable. Before when the car shuts off the camera would save the last video and auto-off I hated that feature, but I couldn't find a way to turn that off. I suspect constantly charging the battery but not discharging caused the battery to fail. Now it won't keep time or settings and once the car is shut off the camera immediately stops and corrups the last video file being written.

Over all great camera bought back in 2021 but even more impressive is their customer service. I bought a new car without a cigarette lighter and normal USB cable will not work. I contacted customer service and asked where I can buy a cable and Kristina their customer service rep. said don’t worry about it we will send you one for free. 3 yrs after buying it they were still willing to send me a free cable!
