Read this if screws are missing
I ordered one brand new hook and one "used like new" to save money. But I discovered there were no screws for the used item. These are screws that were impossible to find in a hardware store. They have a shoulder in them where the set screw slides in; in addition, the head of the screw needs.to be quite narrow to sink into the part you have to set into the base. I managed successfully to recreate my own screw by finding a narrow headed wood screw and then twisting in a "shoulder" using a plastic spacer I created by slicing a piece off a a drywall anchor.
