No, adhesive is only on one side. The bottom sheet has two sided adhesive to stick to board. Sheets are a little difficult to separate one number sheet at a time. They tend to stick together a little to well. If you pay attention & have finger nails, you can get the to be removed one sheet at a time.

Q: Do i need the board of can i just use the sheets? I want for home use in construction dust containment

If you don't need to transport it, I don't see why not. There is an adhesive to attach it to the board but you could use plywood if on a construction site.

Typically two sheets. New one for the game and a new at half time.
