Quick, easy, patches that last.Clear packing tape works well to smooth out ripples while curing.

I used this material as an adhesive as well as a ding repair. Great stuff to have in your glovebox when you get a shatter or ding and want to keep the water out....just smear it onto the polyester glass shatter and it seals OUT the water that would normally soak into the gloss coat of your fiberglass item and discolor it. I think this is a great product for many uses around the shop and house too! GO SOLAREZE!

Outstanding product. Follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. I did my first repair on a ding which was on the forward edge near the nose. "Yes ..you know the place" Followed the instructions, taped a clear plastic sandwich baggy over the cure. Took it out in the sun...and walaaaah. I have to admit, I did a pretty darn good repair. Very littel sanding afterwards. This repair kit is all you need.

Very easy to use and cures super fast. Can repair a ding, sand and be back in the water in 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

Had a cut in my new to me / used surfboard. Used dremel to get a deep and wide enough channel to use Solarez. Followed directions. Cured quickly (6 minutes) in the sun and sanded down but air bubble was uncovered during sanding.Probably user error. Could not deal with the imperfection and re-applied, and sanded.Worked great. Definitely recommend. 1 star deduction for directions. They could improve directions by including some best practices on how to repair different types of dings....but you can go to the web for that anyway - but it would have been nice ot have on package.

Been surfing for about 10 years now and always had any dings professionally, now with times being rough economically I decided to try and repair dings myself. After doing a lot of research I decided to try out solarez! Couldnt be any happier!!! Very easy to use, hardenens in about 3 minutes when exposed to the sun, and easy to sand!!! Still have a lot of solarez after filling a 4" wide gash in the rail of my board and will deffenitely use it on my nexr repair!!

I've used this product multiple times and it works every time as expected. You can even build it up with layers to achieve the right shape, then sand down accordingly. I've also primed over it for painting.
