2 Pcs Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor 8532731 Motorcycle TPMS for BMW F/K/R 36318532731 3631-8532-731

I have installed one in my 2012 BMW R1200RT however this is only for the rear tire. Works great looks like the OEM easy to install and easy to program.

1) Works great so far after 2 months on my R1200 GS ADV with spoke wheels.2) Same look, quality, function as the OEM sensors I took off my bike. They have a BMW and Schrader part number on them. I cannot tell the difference between these and the BMW factor ones I took off my bike.3) No air leaks, as I installed theses sensors using thread locker liquid as did the BMW factory.4) Air pressure accuracy seems to agree with my air pressure gauage.5) My GS 911 diagnostic tool reports the manufacturer of these new parts as "Schrader".6) Sooooo I think these the same OEM parts the BMW used in the past.

I bought this product for my 2017 BMWR1200 GSA Motorcycle. Upon installation of the TPMS sensor on the rear wheel and mounting a new tire, a soapy water test was used to check for leaks. A leak was noted from the valve core area. Upon removal of the valve core a small piece of wire Came out with the valve core. This tiny piece of wire, pictured below, must have damaged the seal on the valve core. After replacing the valve core with a new one, no further leaks were noted. I have now programmed the new sensor to the bike using my GS911 tool, and it is working properly.

They’re great when they work but sometimes they don’t. They are very inexpensive though.

Used this on my 2014 BMW R1200 GSA. Write down the ID #’s from the new units and made a note of which wheel I mounted them to. You will need to input the ID #’s into the TPMS system using the GS-911. Work like a charm. The original units started going out on a trip last fall which would activate the lights on the dash after a few hours of riding. The new ones didn’t miss a beat on my last trip that included several deep water crossings.

I installed these sensors on the front and rear wheels of my 2014 R1200 GSW. Although I used the GS911 to enter the sensor #s, I think a bad WiFi connection prevented the GS911 from registering the sensors with the bike. Nevertheless, the on-board system immediately recognized the two sensors as I rode out, and the yellow warning light went off. Tire pressures show on the dashboard. Only 15 miles so far, but I think the $38 was well spent. Nits: Both valve cores leaked. I tightened one that was loose, and had to replace the other.

Installed perfectly minus a small difference in diameter of the TPMS valve stem diameter (smaller) and the GSA rim hole (larger) diameter. (less than a 1/64 difference) Just center the replacement part into the center of the hole, and tighten it (11mm?) while holding the sensor in place inside the rim. The black conical seal on the new TPMS valve stem pulled into the rim and sealed up just fine the first time. Sync'ed with the bike via the GS911 immediately! Perfect replacement. I will buy again when needed!
