Pure Garden Half Umbrella Outdoor Patio Shade - 9 ft Patio Umbrella with Easy Crank

It’s exactly what we needed. It’s well made and sturdy. The crank works well and the umbrella opens smoothly and stays open. I got the teal and the color is beautiful. It doesn’t have a strap to hold it closed when it’s down, so that’s my only complaint. We’ve only had it for about a week so I don’t know how the color will hold up. The fabric provides good shade in a very sunny area. Price was great and I think I’ll get a second one soon.

This umbrella works great for what I need it for. The only downside is mine didn’t come with the lower portion of the post but I don’t need it, so not a deal breaker for me. Our morning coffee spot gets blasted with sun so I mounted this to our patio post and it’s perfect. I lower the umbrella down and tie it up when we aren’t out here. I had to make sure my clamps didn’t get in the way of the lowering and raising portion of the post and that the umbrella was mounted away from the post just enough to still move up and down unimpeded. Works great.

Wow this is great. I was thinking of getting an awning for my deck but thought I’d give this a try. It’s sturdier with the right base and covers a large sitting area. I like it!

I have several umbrellas around my pool. Having dogs that like to chase balls and squirrels, it is important to have some cooler places from the hot Texas sun.I added two half umbrellas with this being one of them. Being half the price of the umbrellas that I have had for multiple years, I wondered if it would last... or rather, how long it would last. (I paid $43. I would not have paid more.)I have had this umbrella two and a half weeks. Today, the string that connects from the crank handle to raise it pulled loose (from the internal handle connection).I now use a clamp to keep the umbrella up.So, as I stated... I wanted cheap and that's what I got. I will use it as long as I can.
