Commercial Sink Faucet with Flexible Pre-Rinse Pull Down Sprayer Adjustable Center 27'' Height with 12'' Add-on Swivel Spout Deck-Mounted Kitchen Faucet for Restaurant 2 or 3 Sinks

This unit is being used in an outdoor kitchen and is deck mounted. Went in easily. Follow the instructions and take the steps in order and you will be fine. Given the size of the unit we added a separate support rod since the faucet is not next to any walls. The support rod works perfectly, and the unit is sufficiently rigid. Good fit and finish.

I ordered this faucet for our Veterans of Foreign Wars building, kitchen. We have routine community breakfasts and loan our facilities to the Scouts and local 4H. Received the product in a relatively short time. It took a couple weeks before I could get it installed. I ordered the 27 inch (height) in a "Deck Mount" model. When I opened the box and laid the parts out, the instructions that came with the faucet were for a "Wall Mount" model with for a nonspecific height. No biggie. I figured the parts placement out. I have to admit it was easy to install, in fact, it was harder getting the old faucet out. The faucet works and looks great. Only complaint I'd have is the rinse hose, when left dangling, hangs touching the bottom of the sink. This is inconvenient when washing a lot of dishes because the nozzle, and control, are under water if the sink is full. The spray nozzle and hose will not stay in the hook attachment because the hose is to long. A solution would be to shorten the hose or get a longer spring. I looked in the instruction book for a parts list, but the company information is not there. It simply states to "contact the dealer" for parts. in fact the manufacturers name is not listed anywhere on the pamphlet. And I would probably change to a ten inch nozzle, instead of the twelve inch nozzle that came with it. But the nozzle looks good, it's sturdy, and it was easy to install. But the the hose doesn't hang like the one in the picture.

I have been needing a wash down faucet for my outdoor utility sink for almost a year (since I installed it).We have very good water pressure (~120psi and flow ~10-12gpm) at the house and with this set up I am getting about 5gpm out of the faucet and nice high pressure out of the wash down nozzle.I purchased 2 G1/2" (aka 1/2" BSPP) female to 3/4" Male Garden hose adapters off amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08HQ5G5PQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and I have it connected to a 3/4" full flow hose bib with a 4 way splitter.Two of the branches of the splitter feed two separate 4' lengths of 5/8" ID Garden hose one connected to the cold side supply of the faucet valve and the other connected to the hot side (both feed cold water)The unit appears to be very well made and not flimsy overall (other then the 12" faucet arm).The only complaints (if you can call them that) are in relation to the 12" faucet arm.The Faucet arm (the spout with the aerator on the end, not the hose with the spray nozzle) is not threaded for any standard aerator/ Garden hose adapter I have found yet... It is apparently m22x1 (which is not common in the US). The mfg makes an adapter to 1/2" NPT (most reviewes say its actually G1/2 (aka BSPP) not npt) which will work with a 1/2" to 3/4 GH adapter but since its common for people to hook up a garden hose to the spout they should make one that doesn't require 2 separate pieces... and/or make it actually npt.Also the faucet arm does not seem to be the same quality as the rest of the unit...It is a thinner gauge material... Its totally adequate to fill buckets, what hands etc but I would be hesitant to hook up anything heavy to it and you would need to be careful if you hooked up a garden hose not to put a lot of strain on it.Other then that its fantastic.We will see how it stands up to abuse, outdoor conditions and our very high water pressure but honeslty for the price if its last a year or two for me it would be totally worth it.

First thing noticed is the weight of the box when it arrived. It is definitely metal, not that plated plastic crap. Make sure your measurements are correct and the orientation you want is right before ordering. If you are a handy person with the tools, there won't be an issue with installation, just don't over tighten. Works well when all is said and done.

Waiting for this to ship took months. When it finally arrived it was easily installed and so far works great.

This is a very nice faucet but the first on I received was damaged. The second one was fine except in both cases they sent the wrong instructions ( was for a wall mount instead of a based mount).
