Great quality Omega 3

My fingernails started peeling really bad and I read that taking omega 3 can help so I decided to try. This brand has been the absolute best and I can truly tell a difference in my nails. They are so strong now and growing like CRAZY I have to trim them once a week or they get too long for my liking. I can also tell a difference in my hair looking healthier and growing. Definitely give these a try you won’t regret it!

I have not been sleeping the best. I hired a nutritionist that was all over ingredients, organic, God's land and the Sea. He turned me on to True Grace. After doing my own home work on their website, I was impressed. I was taking another brand of organic fish oil and I was also taking Melatonin as well. Today I am happy to say I am sleeping without Melatonin and using True Grace fish oil. No digestive issues, no fishy breath. I walk the shores of the Oceans often and I am happy to say that I am also making a difference by using this product.
