First time user. It is expensive so I am not sure I will buy again. It seems to have stopped the itching. REVISED: It worked great at first.but bought more and I started to have intense burning and getting bumps on lady parts. Have not used for 2 weeks and it has mostlycleared up. I am not a person with sensitivity issues. I did like the smell of the soap.
