Speedy Sharp

So I love this too I actually carry in my pocket all the time that way if I need to sharpen a knife or clean the edge of a pipe or whatever scrape something off of a piece of metal I mean it's it works great for sharpening but that's not the only use for it anything that you could use a carbide scraper one or something like that this can potentially fill that role now it's not necessarily meant for that but I use it for that for cleaning up Dan's of copper pipe after cutting it and stuff like that

This is great item for any CAPABLE person. Key word being, capable. I was able to achieve some of the sharpest edges I have ever managed, on a hunting knife, various kitchen blades, garage machetes, and garden shovels in so very little time (well, the shovels took a little work! LOL! But not much more!). I am talking wee thin slices of paper, 1mm apart, with a monster machete. I was cutting paper slices with a sharpened shovel, and then turned around and sharpened a dull razor blade to perfection. I am truly impressed. I will probably buy another, just to have. PS: Also a great gift item... for any... capable person.

It worked fast and easy on my pruners. Delivery took to long though and I would have cancelled but it had then been shipped out. I needed it in the 2 business days that I thought with prime, not a week later. Can't wait to use on my other garden tools. Great product.

Sometimes great things come in small packages, and this is one of those. You can put your trusty old oil stones away. This literally almost peels the steel away on any blade and also allows to hone the result for a super sharp result FAST! I am quite pleased with the tool. It is small, easy to use and put a nice edge on an old, dull knife. I bought it to use on garden tools, but found that it works great on knives and scissors, too. Being used to dull blades, I of course cut my finger right away. My fault for getting used to poor cutting technique. lol

This is small and lightweight, I have used this to hone the edge on my knives and hatchet. Easy to use and makes a sharp edge quickly. Fits in small place in my 20l EDC/ 3 day camping bag. I have a titanium head hatchet and this makes it sharp with just a few passes. It is made in the USA to boot! Way to go Speedy Sharp, also makes a great striker for my Ferrious Rod!

Have not received my yellow speedy sharp. I have one for 20 years now and have quick sharpened small garden tools and pocket knives, Works extremely well and a great pocket size. Mine has lasted many many years due to the magnesium. Great portable quick sharpener. Not for axes, chain saws etc. Works great for small tools, quick and effective
