USB to Bluetooth Convert Adapter USB2BT Assembly Kit Japan Import

I bought this back in 2021 and I have been trying to make it work since then. I have tried the included USB hub, as well as other ones. I have also tried different Bluetooth adapters. The status led keeps blinking in red. May be the Bluetooth standards have changes since this thing was designed, but it definitely doesn't work now (never worked for me).There isn't any information available on the manufacturer's website, so don't even know how to debug beyond "check Bluetooth adapter for compatibility, check keyboard connectivity". I'm going to write this off as a bad purchase and stop wasting money trying out different adapters and hubs. Into the trash with this one.

Had to dig the internet to find an english version of the user guide. But once found, I manage to get it work in order to transform a game controller into a wireless one. Excellent :)

DOES NOT SUPPORT MOUSE IN iOS!For Android 4.4 you have to use Bluetooth dongles v2.1 and higher! With v2.0 I experienced huge problems and was able to connect only to Windows 10. I recommend you use firmware v1.05 (the pairing-enabled version, and not the normal version). But if you use the pairing version with Android phone, make sure you use only SMB3 button and do not release it until the pairing is complete (don't use SMB2!). With Windows 10 I had to press SMB2 few times. Also, when using v4.0 dongle, the mouse never worked with the same hub (only keyboard) - so I left the dongle in the 'default' 4-port USB hub and added an extra powered hub for keyboard and mouse.PLEASE NOTE: since iOS14 the mouse support is added to iPads/iPhones. Their newer product - USB2BT Plus has software updates which enable it to support both keyboard/mouse, but the manufacturer has refused to copy the same code into USB2BT firmware which means the device is pretty useless for iPhone/iPad (only keyboard is supported).I would recommend you use Handheld Science instead.

Its works very good, but there is no instraction in english.

This is way less than I expected. It's a kit, which is fine, but you need to supply a USB hub and a Bluetooth dongle to get it to work.My 15" MacBook Pro running High Sierra has problems with USB. It's mainly the OS, but my Mathias keyboard quit working. I finally got tired of not being able to use my keyboard of choice and so I looked for a USB to Bluetooth adapter and this is the only one I found. I bought the Zexmte Bluetooth dongle and a cheap USB hub and now I'm back to using my Mathias keyboard with my Mac.I'm upping my score to 3 stars, but it's still an incomplete kit with instructions in Japanese.

Using my USB wired Thinkpad keyboard to connect to my Bluetooth devices. TrackPoint works flawlessly.No issues so far.Plus: It comes with a USB hub (4 port)

The description doesn't mention this, but the adapter requires a bluetooth dongle in order to transmit / be a bluetooth adapter, and it doesn't come with one included. (ex: you plug a USB hub into the adapter, and that hub has keyboard+mouse, and bluetooth dongle). So, I'm waiting on the dongle to arrive now. EDIT: Adapter (TP Link BT 4.0) arrived, didn't work, so I'm returning the lot of it- not worth the headache; suspect the USB2BTP is probably better, though is a longer shipping time at the moment.The manual comes in Japanese, which is not exactly helpful (though it does look nice, I'll give them that), but you can find an english translation online.
