Great Product - Great Value
The overall build quality is excellent. The unit is very rugged and not easily damaged. The screen is bright and easy to read. The tool is worth the money just for the OBD features. I tested it on my 05 sprinter and all the OBD functions worked great. I also was able to read the SRS. Since the sprinter is so old, it does not have the CAN bus available on the OBD connector so some features will not work on my van. Having the extra features is a bonus and makes this tool an even better value. I love the flashlight feature on the end of the connector. It makes connecting the scan tool much easier. I am very happy with this scan tool. All I need to do is find a case for it!

Works as how it describe
I am a new driver on the road, so be honest, I do not know much about car system function. I found this one under my friend’s recommendation which didn’t disappoint me. When I first try it, it really amazed me of its coolness. It’s a really nice monitor and a scanner that can read out the problems of the car. And I don’t need to bother my friends after I got this little cool “friend”, it saves my time and my money before I decided to ask others help. Definitely will recommend it to my friends.

Great OBD reader. Tons of options and value
I have owned a few OBD readers, from IOS apps to stand alone readers, and this one ranks really well. I love the size of the unit and the screen. It is not overly complicated and its easy to get the hang of. I love the added led light on the obd port since it makes finding the port much easier on the unknown cars. This reader does ABS and other things which is a great feature on a unit this size and price. For the price I give this an A+, and for 90% of the people out there, this works perfect. You can spend $500.00 on a more in depth one that is harder to use and you'll never be able to maximize the benefits, or use this on for ~$100.00 and take full advantage. Id highly recommend this reader.

It couldn't do the one thing I purchased it for which was reset my SAS.
It couldn't do the one thing that I purchased it for which is reset my SAS I am in the process of returning it :( . I thought I had found a device reasonUpdate:They offered me a $30 gift for my inconvenience and also only a few days later they offered a $20 gift card because of the incompatible with my specific vehicle based on that I updated my review because they went out of their way and above the call of duty to ensure that I was satisfied as possible after finding out the scan tool, which does have a lot of cool features like the light at the end of the cable that plugs into the OBD port usually located under the dash of most vehicles. I wish I could of kept it but I have to pay the shop to put some parts on the ( lower control arm ( Including Ball joint), outer tie rod. before they will align my vehicle then zero my steering wheel it's just that my vehicle is ruining my brand new set of front tires because I couldn't zero it out after installing a new power steering motor and various front end parts while dealing with a garage called Big Dan's that poorly installed my transmission leaving various nuts and bolts loose had I not noticed my family and/or myself might of been injured or worse, I had to pay for the replacement of a axle, axle bracket, lower control all of which but the bracket were recently replaced and under warranty. The garage lied to me and said that they would pay for the bracket since I had paid $300 for the parts and labor that they broke while either being careless or just plain under qualified. I was told by the owner Big Dan to take them to court which is exactly what I will do for I have enough proof to show that the bracket broke due to the negligence of Big Dan's Garage not tightening the bolts on the axle bracket tight nor did they torque any of the nuts and bolts on the front end. I am a trained mechanic myself and was a Heavy Wheel mechanic in the U.S. Army so I know crappy mechanical work whenever I see it and I personally had to work on it myself and tightened bolts, replaced fuses that they had replaced while installing the transmission. I drove it up to Big Dan's Garage afterward and while the tire was off noticed that a bolt on the lower control was very loose it could actually be turned by my finger so I went and got Big Dan to show him the loose bolt which he had one of his workers tighten it using a wrench but i observed him not checking the torque specifications with a torque wrench. Poorest customer service I've ever received!! In life they never reprogrammed/reset my TCU so my vehicle would be able to reprogram the transmission to work correctly with my vehicle so I will pay another garage to seevice my vehicle and resest the TCM thanks again for being a reputable company and following up on your customer's experience with your tool. I kinda wished I would have just asked for the Big Don 600 back because although it couldn't do the SAS on my specific vehicle it does have a lot of cool features and can assist in the diagnostic process of your vehicle and may prevent you from getting crappy customer service from a garage.
