Ok had an expensive toaster. It was cool to watch my bread being slowly lowered into the toaster and slowly raised and then made an audible beep.Only problem is at best it delivered warm bread.It is such a pleasure to now get TOAST on the first try. It gives me anywhere from light to dark brown toast. Nice toaster. Looks pretty. Bright and shiny, counts down time in the display and gives me EXACTLY what I want. I highly recommend it

I got so tired of my wife complaining of burnt toast -- adjusting dials, up, down, and all around, never seemingly being able to get them right. I tried air toasters and the like too! If this toaster didn't work, I was tempted to get a nuclear powered one!But, while being chrome, THIS IS THE GOLD STANDARD in the toasting of bread, bagels, waffles, etc! It has a great display panel which helps in getting your toast, etc, just right!If you are frustrated like my wife was, do like this husband did and BUY THIS TOASTER!

First of all did not burn my toast, cooked golden brown. I love the blue light toasting control. The extra wide slots are great especially for bagel lovers. I can toast just about any type of bread. I love the two tone color, the black on silver. Definitely much better than my mother's toaster. Worth the price, now I just have to buy the cover for it. Well made will last a long time. Does not take up a lot of counter space.

Doesn't always toast on both sides evenly. It may have something to do with the type of bread, waffle, etc.You can always turn the toasted piece around (to toast the other side better).

This is actually the best toaster I have ever owned.First off, it looks great.Second, the functions are clear and easy to use including a digital countdown until done.But best of all, Third - it cooks the bread/bagels evenly. Almost all toasters I have used have "grill lines" that appear where parts are overcooked and parts are light. This really does evenly heat the surface so the entire piece is uniformly golden brown.Thank you for quality engineering.

We enjoy this toaster more than any other we have bought. It toasts precisely and the count down front feature is a good feature.

I am so pleased with this purchase that I want to recommend it to others. It is attractive in my kitchen and it works great. The toast comes out evenly crisp and is completely adjustable. What’s not to like?

It toasts even on your bread.Bagels work good in it.The cord is just right.Everything is great.
