Dear Zoo & Friends Collected Set: Dear Zoo; Farm Animals; Dinosaurs Board book – October 18, 2016

Rod Campbell’s Dear Zoo & Friends set is full of charming flaps and simple storytelling that captivates toddlers. The pages are sturdy and the illustrations are perfect for little ones. Great bundle for early readers.

My 2 year old absolutely loves these books. Good luck with the last 2 pages of the dinosaur book. Those names are doozies. Haha. Good easy fun reading for toddlers.

18 month old can't get enough of these books

I bought this for my daughter's first birthday. I love the Dear Zoo book. She really likes flap books and tends to ignore all the other books without flaps. The other two books in this set do not have flaps and are sort of boring and like many other children's books. I wish I had only bought Dear Zoo because it is a lot more creative and cuter while also adding in the fun of the flaps for a small child.

Bought for Grandson. Loves them

I bought this set because we had Dear Zoo 6 years ago for our oldest and we wanted a new one because some of the pop-ups were over-used and torn from his young toddler years. Looking at the product description pictures it shows (specifically the monkey) being a pop-out one. No where in the description did it say it was just the "lift-the-flap book." The book I received are not pop-outs but still have the flaps. My son remembers the frog one would also "leap across" as you open the flap and was disappointed that this book is not the same. Given the history of that book, I would have also expected the other 2 books to be similar but they are not at all. No flaps and 1 to few words per page. Luckily he was entertained by me trying to pronounce the Dino names. If I was buying this without the pop-out knowledge and being misled by the pictures and if it was only for my 1 year old then I would probably rate it higher.
