Folding Exercise Bench Adjustable Bench

This bench is very sturdy and has many different adjustment points from flat to incline to even decline positions. It folds up nicely and out of the way when not in use and is light enough to move around too use.

It's been about a good solid 2 months now of using this and this bench is holding up great. I use this bench about 3-4 times per week with free weights (I do not have a bar). I do chests once a week which is when the bench gets the most use. No problems with the flat, decline, and incline positions. I haven't noticed any of the fabric or seams coming apart which is a good sign. The biggest reason why I got this though was because it folds up nicely. I don't have much space so having a bench that can fold up easily was a must. For the price point, you really can do no wrong with this. I would 10/10 buy this again if I needed to.

I use this for one exercise - incline bench. I don't think this would stand up for elite lifters pushing 350+ bench, but I'm not testing it! It is 1/7 the price of an alternative that had had been eye-balling. Today it had 480 pounds including me and my barbell and seemed sturdy enough. Bonus is that it easily folds and unfolds for use and storage. Wheels are well placed to roll it around. Definitely a good value for novice, intermediate, and probably most early advanced. NOTE: This is NEW, and I have not used it for any length of time. I am 6' 6'" tall, and this is a comfortable unit. Improvements I would make: 1) shorten the seat depth and 2) use better quality high-density foam under the existing foam. Cost will go up slightly, but it'll be a better product. The Naugahyde seems OK. Hopefully this unit holds up.

Folks, you get what you pay for. Its gonna work for your home gym, and if you decide you need to get positively yolked, it was great to learn that you like having a bench. For everyone else, it exceeds at collecting and holding both dust and your regrets about bettering yourself, sitting in that corner, judging you day in and day out.I wish that the pads were a high density bi-layer foam, and that the knee foam was closed cell instead of open cell.

The media could not be loaded. For the price, this bench is near perfect. I’m 200lbs, it holds me plus 100 pounds in dumbbells no problem. Solid base, looks like good quality welds, rigid but comfortable pads. Will update on the future if anything changes, but this bench looks like it’s going to hold up for a long time!

I always thought these would be super expensive, or really flimsy. This one is solid, easy to put together, and easy to adjust to all the angles. I wish I had bought it years ago.

Easy to set up and easy to fold up. It’s not as sturdy as benches at the gym, but good enough for a low quality home gym. Don’t love it and don’t hate it. It’s just fine. You get what you pay for.
