Built Like a Tank
This label tape is a beast. The white-on-black contrast is sharp and easy to read, making it perfect for labeling tools, storage bins, or anything else in the garage. The adhesive sticks well to various surfaces, and the laminated finish ensures the labels hold up against dirt, moisture, and rough handling. It's a bit pricier than some alternatives, but the durability and quality make it worth every penny.

For making garden labels that last through Minnesota weather.
This label tape is what every gardener should use in their gardens if they want to label their plants and not lose the name for years to come. I know of some gardeners who have made labels with this labeling tape where they have lasted over 10 years and still are definitely legible. It sure beats having to relabel your plants once or twice a year if you have many you want to keep the names on. I love that the Brother's label maker allows you to make them look decorative too. The only way I have found to remove these from the metal plates of my garden markers is to put them in boiling water long enough for the adhesive to soften enough to allow you to use a razor blade to scrape them off fairly easily. Just be careful not to burn yourself in the process. This is definitely worth the few extra bucks over the cheap knock-off label tape as the UV protective coating stays on the tape unlike some of the less expensive tapes I have used in the past. Once the UV coating comes off the cheaper tapes, the lettering comes off next.

works fine for workshop bin labels
I burned through one of these cartridges labeling bins for my workshop. This is a combination of paper labels and direct to plastic bins. The adhesive works well for both yet still removes for the odd replacement label. The tape prints fine to the limit of the printer. I get the "strong adhesive" when available in tape size, I find the regular comes off too easily. It is hard to find P-touch tapes at discount, in this case Amazon had the best deal because I could work "free shipping".

The best for outdoor use!
I use these labels, with my Brother PT-D600 label maker, to create plant labels for my garden. I have well over a thousand of them out there, and nearly zero of them have faded or peeled off the metal garden tag. They are absolutely fantastic! Some have been in my garden since 2015, still going strong. Beware, though, there are many imitators out there. ONLY buy Brother brand, because the knockoffs will disappoint you.
