Q: Does this machine turn heavy cream into butter... you know actually making butter instead of infusing it?

This machine paddles move very slowly and not fast. You would be better off with the magic butter brewer because it mixes up things like a regular blender.

Q: Does this have an instruction manual? Does it explain how to make tinctures?

It has a users manual on the basic operations. However, it doesn’t contain recipes. I use the recipes from the Magical Butter website.

Q: Can yoi make infused honey with this machine?

I am sure you can, this thing does it all. You would need to research the temperature and how often you'd like the machine to stir for you as it does not have a factory setting for honey but I'd imagine it's similar to making butter or coconut oil.

Q: Will this machine make tintures using alcohol products?

Yes this will make the alcohol tincture aka dragons breath. I haven’t made the everclear mixture in awhile. On the other tinctures like coconut oil, say you want to make gummy bears, you’ll need sunflower lecthin for the coconut oil infusion. Just fyi.
