The media could not be loaded. This is my second laser measure. My first one worked a very short time, and it didn’t have a floor plan app. I still needed to record the data on paper or my computer document then to draw a CAD floor plan which was very complicated and I always made errors.When I found this Liangfangshenqi laser distance meter, I thought it was very novel and high-tech. The product is a combination of tape measure and laser measurement, and the distance of the tape measure can be displayed directly on the screen. You don’t need to carefully see which scale reading is accurate. It support continuously measure, area volume, angle and so on. Another reason that made me finally place an order is that it has a tutorial for using the APP, and a video of the use is also placed on the product page.I received their greetings immediately after receiving the laser tape measure, they taught me how to use the laser distance meter and the app. I think this app is very versatile, you can add room models, wall signs, landmarks, you can draw irregular diagonal arcs, you can take pictures to mark, you can see the area of the room after drawing, and you can export it to PDF, CAD. CAD files showed all sizes and details, so you don’t have to deal with it yourself. If you want to do 3D design later, you can directly import the CAD file into the 3D software.Anyway, this one is very worth buying and highly recommended.

I was excited about this unit! what it said it can do would make my job really easy! I tried really hard and just could get the app to perform! As a stand along digital measuring tool it falls far short because the numbers are so small … I went right back to my old unit… this one was a fail.

I like the tape measure but the biggest problem was using the app to draw your measurement. I was only able to export the drawing to CAD once, after that I had become a premium member and I assume asking for more money. The app has issues and needs to be improve. Overall it’s a nice tape/laser measure

It is nice measures

I need precise measurements. Repeated measurements do not yield the same result. I have to check each measurement against a tape measure - defeats the purpose. Forget syncing to my phone - would not work. Contacted support and asked for instructions for operating the device - none could be provided. They did answer me back with useless answers. Never got it to sync with my phone. Used it as a laser level to construct a deck - Did not trust it so checked it with a string line level - turns out it was off 6" over 24 feet. Forget using it to draw plans as shown on the box - without instructions good luck. I will be ordering a different one and throwing this away. Nice if you simply need approximate measurements inside. Outdoors the laser is so weak it has very limited range.

The tape is to short and has no readings on it. The laser measuring needs improved. The lens for the laser seems to be off kilter.
