Simple and clear utility
Does what it is supposed to; pushes the base dreamcast stream through hdmi.

Not as advertised
This product is an upscaler to 1080p. States so in booklet that comes with product. Amazon page states does not upscale but passes a 480p signal. Not true. Will not with with TVs that support 480p but not 1080p
