Update 2: Finally got the missing parts. The table itself IS really nice. I'm very pleased with the quality, look and feel of it. As far as the finished product goes, it's great and I would recommend it.I do think that the company is overextended -- shipping took a while and i had some issues with getting needed/missing replacement parts -- but perhaps they are growing and I did order at the beginning of summer so I'm sure its the busy season for outdoor furniture. The customer service people were friendly and helpful but it felt like they were moving too fast and that caused little (but important) errors.It took nearly two months (and multiple calls, emails, chats) from the date of order to successfully build my table. I hope they resolve that part because overall its a solid product. At the end of the day, I would buy additional products from Polywood as long as I'm not in a rush because the quality is worth it.***Update: they say they are sending the parts. keeping fingers crossed***Its been over a month since i ordered this and still cant use it. I am missing parts and have tried chat, call, email, amazon message etc but unable to get the pieces I need to build this table sent to me.One chat rep tried to help but sent more of the parts i already had. after that, i chatted again and another rep said he would forward the request to "production" but when I asked to clarify that he knew EXACTLY which parts i need, he just ended the chat. have not heard from "production" or anyone since.From what i can tell, based on the parts i have in hand, it seems like they are well built and made with good materials but at this point i think the company is overwhelmed and unable to keep up with orders/customer service.I hope to update this if/when they get me the pieces i need to build this table.

This table replaced a really cheap glass topped one that we had on our deck and was falling apart and always at risk of blowing away since it was pretty lightweight...and it had to be brought inside every winter or when large wind storms were coming in. This Polywood table was expensive, but so far after a year it is shaping up to be worth it...it sat outside all winter and through a ton of bad weather and looks just as good as the day I put it together. We have enjoyed eating more meals outside on it. Very impressed with Polywood and will likely look to purchase some more from the brand.

I have done a fair amount of research. This table for this price is worth it... sturdy, sleak and high quality.

Can't say enough good thing about this table,So sturdy seems like it will last a 100 years.Very good looking too!

Love this table- very sturdy- easy to put together. Washes very good too- would buy again.

After replacing wooden tables too many times over the years, I wanted something that was functional and would handle the weather. Sure, it's not as attractive as some of the wooden ones, but I wasn't entering it into a Home Beauty contest anyway. My two helpers took about an hour to unbox it and set it up. They said that it was pretty easy to assemble. They did need a couple of common tools in addition to the tool provided, but that wasn't a problem. Very sturdy, well designed. Time will tell how long it will last, but it seems as if it may outlast me at this point.

Did I mention heavy! My husband is a gym rat and still needed help lifting the table after assembly. Can't wait to use it this summer. Only complaint is the one of the 8 legs is a fraction of an inch off. Not 100% aligned, but the table is so sturdy it's not worth hassling a return.
