Don't usually leave reviews but had to for this. Excellent communication from start to finish. Arrived weeks before expected delivery date. Vacuume packaged, clear instructions to open & does go back to original size and creases disappear within few days. The material is good quality and lovely colour. Has a non slip base. Perfect thickness for the kids. Fits ikea kallax used as a seat. Excellent price compared to some extortionate cushions for the kallax I've seen on etsy. Just perfect, thank you 😊

I chose this seller based on the feedback, and was not disappointed. The cushions are a perfect fit, look great and are very comfortable. As others have also mentioned, it was a nice touch to get two cushion covers as well!It is always the measure of someone in how they respond to issues; when the first delivery arrived we noticed that the base cushion didn't expand to the 8cm thickness we had ordered (we made it a bit more complicated by having an 8cm thick base cushion and a 5cm thick backrest cushion). I contacted the seller and they immediately confirmed they would make and send a new 8cm thick cushion, which arrived a few days ago and is a perfect fit. We are very happy with the way the issue was resolved quickly and painlessly, thank you!As it says in the product details and in other reviews the cushions arrive vacuum-packed and it does take a couple of days for them to fully reach the right size and for the wrinkles to disappear. There were still a few wrinkles in the cover after it had reached full size but after a few days of use these have disappeared.All in all, very happy with these cushions. Very good value too.

Outstanding service and the cushions themselves were amazing quality , padding to a high standard, piping material and measurements were perfect. Ordered a few weeks ago and wasn't too sure what to expect.The moment I ordered it the company contacted me to ask if I wanted to adjust any of the measurements, and just to confirm the overall sizes.When it was delivered it came vacuum packed the size of a scatter cushion. Opened it up and within a few moments it expands out to it's full size.Quality is amazing, size is perfect and they even sent a free matching cushion cover.I couldn't be happier with the service they provide and the product.Thank you.

I got two of these for my cats when they want to rest on the window sill (it will be a bit comfier for them).The cushions are the perfect fit for window sill, as per the measurements I gave. Great service and good cushions. The person making these was very helpful and did a good job.The material on the cushion could be a bit nicer and have brighter colours for my taste.Also this is very expensive for what it is.The cushions are very comfortable, but then I did choose the thickest option.

I bought this as a cushion for an Ikea Kellax bench seat. The product is true to the online colour and the non slip base works really well.The foam expanded within a day as it was vacuum packed for shipping.Material and foam is of good quality and would buy from this seller again.

Cushion arrived tightly vacuum packed, but has returned to shape after a few days. Correct size, no snags. Good pre-manufacturing contact to confirm dimensions. I would buy again from this seller for my next interior project. The only guilt is the transportation carbon footprint.
