We received the package and the packaging was in good shape. Everything was complete in the boxes and noting was damaged. The assembly was easy with a few extra hands to help out. Quality is really good and the size is perfect. The only thing that could make this trampoline better is the size of the opening to get in other then that I am really happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a rectangular shape trampoline.

Rectangular Trampoline Xmas Present
My daughter loves it. The rectangular type fits much better in my side yard and the quality of the unit seems very good and solid. It was very easy to put together, just make sure that you layout all of the parts before beginning. The instructions are not very good, but if you have any mechanical sense, you should be able to put it together. It took my and my wife less than two hours to put it together. The last step is to put the corners together and you need two people to push it in or tap it in with a board or large rubber mallet. Build it by corners first and make sure the support bars are facing in, before you put it all together. I did not give it 5 stars, because the instructions suck and it was a little challenging to put the last corners together. Laying it all out, makes it easier. Round ones are cheaper, but the layout is more fun or so my daughter and grandson seem to think so. It did show up within a week from ordering it. The top net takes a bit of effort to snap in, it almost seems like it will not come together, but will push in. Don't forget to order the spring install tool to put in the springs.

Never going back to round trampoline again
We have a rectangular back yard and we used to have a circular trampoline this has saved us so much space and the kids love it so much and it was so easy to put together and move. I don’t think I can ever go back to round after owning one of these it is worth the extra money on time you save putting it together and space saved in the yard alone. Great product.

Springs popping off within 6 months of owning it!
We have had this trampoline for less than 6 months when the springs started popping off. The tabs on the mat are just ripping to shreds and springs pop off even with very light 50 and 60 pound kids. And the activity level in the last 6 months has been light as we live in AZ where it's too hot to be out on it. And as soon as the weather starts to get nice, the kids go out to jump but are falling through as the springs pop off. I have reached out to seller twice already with no response. I would expect a tramp in this price range to last longer than 6 months. Very disappointed in the quality and the seller not standing behind his product.

Great quality and pretty easy to assemble.
This trampoline was surprisingly easy to set up. My husband and I had it assembled and ready to jump in about an hour. The hardest part was the safety net. It's very sturdy and great for practicing tumbling.

Nice size and very easy to put together
As this is the summer of Covid and bored children, we decided to purchase a trampoline. Our kids love it for many reasons, but the fact that it only took two of us 2.5 hours to put together, with all of the springs, net and base was fantastic. Very happy with our purchase and we will get many years out of this!

Poor quality
This product took 6 weeks to finally get all the boxes. I contacted them several times they tried to send out another box to make process faster but the last two boxes arrived 6 weeks later. I believe FEDEX was the problem. The quality of the trampoline seemed okay and it wasn’t hard to put together. First couple uses the top part of the frame for the net would not stay together. A few months later protective foam started breaking down. About 6-7 months in and springs started breaking. We have had previous trampolines and never had any of these issues.
