Mount Factory Universal Tilt and Swivel Ceiling TV Mount Bracket with Adjustable Pole Height fits most 26" to 55" Flat Panels

Fantastic TV mount for the money.... I could have spent more, I could have spent less for other ceiling mounts but this had a bracket exactly as I needed. Most ceiling mounts are intended to do just that (duh) but I had a different use in mind. I used this mount to attach to the back of a small antique Asian cabinet and convert it to a TV stand. The mounting bracket on this particular mount will allow the pole to hang or in this case, stand parallel to the mounting surface. Pretty much all the ceiling mounts I saw available here on Amazon would only allow the pole to be perpendicular to the mounting bracket or at an angle to allow for slanted ceilings. Using any of them in the way that I did would have required drilling a hole through the bracket in order to lock it in place. This is really a nice mount... all hardware that you would need is included, instructions are clear and it's a very solid, heavy gauge steel. Like I said, didn't use it as intended but it worked out perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased!

Worked great !!!My installation was a bit different.. My primary concern was to be able to swivel the 50 lb TV easily with one finger.. (this allows me to get in back of the TV)Lots of 'stuff' back there and I could not easily rotate the new 55" until I installed this unit.It doesn't really hang from the ceiling, but with a little modification, it hangs from the cabinet frame down into the lower section.With one finger I can now 'swivel' the tv left or right, to access the wires, outlets, speakers , Uverse router, and other 'stuff'.I did have to drill a hole and add small sections of 2" X 4" to rest the 'ceiling' mount on...Picture 1 shows the TV in the normal position in the custom cabinet..Picture 2, I have opened the top door and turned the TV 90 deg to access stuff in back..You can see the mount hardware, from top to bottomSWEET !

Mounted well to a stud on the ceiling. I used it to mount an extra monitor near my bed, and the mount bracket came with a VESA pattern, so that was perfect. Packaged well and had all the install hardware necessary. Would love for it to be about 4" longer but I realize that might not work for TVs!

I am extremely happy with this TV stand. Comes with all kinds of hardware, for different applications/sizes of TV. I only wish the instructions would have had some wording to make it easier, but I figured it out. Very happy with the quality and price.

The perfect ceiling mount for my installation. All of the hardware and tools were provided and the instructions are easy to follow. I would not hesitate to buy this mount again.

I wish there was some wording in the instructions but I figured it out. Overall the installation was easy, the hardware is pretty good I used a socket wrench instead of a screw driver to avoid stripping very happy with my purchase I would recommend it. By the way my TV was a 55' Vizio

This was just what I needed. It was easy to install once I was able to locate the ceiling joists. This mount was used to replace a wall mount. I like it much better.
