Great value drawing tablet and pen - especially at the discounted price
The media could not be loaded. My son (12) bought this Ugee M808 pen tablet to use with Adobe Fresco on his Windows Laptop. Luckily for us it was discounted to just over £25 at the time.In the box you get the tablet, USB C to A cable, pen (doesn't need batteries or charging), 10 spare tips for the pen and a tip removal tool, a warranty booklet and a quick start guide. The set up was easy. You connect the tablet to your computer, download the Windows driver from Ugee's website (there are also drivers for Mac O/S and Linux) and then you are ready to go. The driver also allows you to customise the settings but they seem fine as they are so far.The quick start guide is misnamed as it is more of a set-up guide. If you want to know more (and you will) then you need to also download the manual from the website.I think that the size of the tablet (10"x6") is just right as it provides a good approximation of the screen size. A smaller tablet would be easier to store, but would not have been so easy or practical to use.The tablet itself has a paper-like feel (their words), but what I can say is that it is not shiny like glass and so works well. The pen supplied with it responds to tilt and pressure sensitivity and has 16,000 levels of sensitivity. They work really well together, there is no noticeable lag when drawing and the pen is very accurate. It does take some getting used to as you want to use it like a mouse and drag the cursor across the screen whereas you just need to go the extent of the tablet to reach the far ends of the screen. We are still getting to grips with the hot keys and which does what, but they are really useful to have, especially the zoom in and out, undo and save. It's early days admittedly, but we are really impressed with this pen tablet, which is fantastic value, particularly at the reduced price that we paid.PROS:Tablet and pen performance is excellentPen sensitivity very good, plus it has tilt!set-up is quick and easyGood size for drawing applicationsLightweight and quite portable (a padded laptop sleeve might be an idea to use)No lagFeels nice to draw on (not slippery)Excellent valueMuch better than trying to draw with a mouse!Shortcut keys are a great time saving additionComes with all you need to get startedCONS:It's not wireless and so needs to be plugged in to your computerThey really should have included a printed manual in the packageIt would be good if it had a padded sleeve to store it inOVERALL:We couldn't be happier with this purchase so far as it has really brought our software to life and made drawing so much easier and more accurate. We thought that drawing on the tablet while looking at the screen might be awkward, but that hasn't turned out to be the case at all. The features, the pen, tablet itself and ease of set-up are all first class and all the cons bar not including the manual would increase the price significantly and we can live without them being addressed. It is early days and I will update the review if my son has any issues, but thus far I can heartily recommend this drawing tablet and pen set for any budding digital artists or animators and would think that you will struggle to find one of this size and quality to beat it at anything like this price.

Great little tablet, works with my phone. Lefties see what I said about the buttons
Great little tablet!I've been using an older wacom the approximate size of an aircraft lander and have been looking on and off for a much more portable option, but nothing ever quite sat right. I took a chance on this as it was on an offer at a good price and offered more functionality than I had originally been hoping for. It's small and lightweight, and also doesn't have the grid on the active area, which was something that put me off about other brands. There was a bit of a learning curve with it, but I feel this is the case with most new graphics tools. The pen has good sensitivity, the tablet feels smooth to use, and while it requires drivers installed for full functionality they were easy to set up. It comes with a USB-C adapter making it compatible with android phones and various art apps, no drivers needed, which makes this even more appealing for travel. I have used it on trains connected to my phone and its made art even more accessible for me as I don't always have the time to power up a computer.I would say the only possible downside is the buttons built into the side. They can be reprogrammed depending on what you want, and I find them useful, but there doesn't seem to be a way to tell the tablet to re-orient itself the other way around. As a left-handed artist, this means that when I'm using it on a phone and it calibrates the tablet sideways, the buttons are always underneath my drawing arm. If there's a way to tell it to flip this that would be ideal, but there doesn't seem to be. Still, I would say its something I'm more than happy to learn to work around or adjust to for the benefits of using it.

Great item to take on long jouneys
This is a lightweight pad so easy & slim to take on holidays, will be good to take on travels with a laptop/pad/android to keep a child’s mind occupied.. my son is 12 & loves it. We found it easier to set up using the video on Amazon. I believe there is an app you need to download. My son did all that. It is good value for money. It comes with 2 adapters.

Exceeded all expectations
Much better than expected. A friend had bought it before to try it but had no artistic ability so he gave it away but his review of it got me to try it. I was absolutely blown away by how easy and intuitive it was to just plug in and use into anything, from a pc to a phone, it just works.I'd be interested to buy some sort of carry case for it.

Worth the money
Excellent value for money

Not bad
Tablet works well but the pen nib gets stuck. The provided cable also disconnects randomly causing it to go to default settings

Great small tablet
I got this tablet because I needed one to use with a computer while I was away from my usual setup and it was cheap at the time (around £25). I like the shortcut buttons on the tablet and the onscreen ones that come with the software for the tablet they are very handy for Krita and Blender. Sometimes they stick a bit though. The pen is servicable and has a good range of pressure but I do wish I had bought a slightly bigger tablet because it restricts my hand movement and can cause strain on the wrist. I think some sort of way to angle the tablet would be good as well. I have made my own solution from an old laptop stand for now.
