I can not say enough positive things about the DOMPEL Bundle Wash Unit! It was not difficult to assemble. The protective rubber neck cover (?) fits perfectly on the bowl. It makes it more comfortable. It is very sturdy. It is deep enough to accommodate long locs. I chose to use it in my bathroom. I purchased an additional, inexpensive hose and clamp to attach to the one that came with it. It drains directly into my bathtub. DOMPEL had the best customer service! They responded and resolved a concern that I had quickly. I highly recommend giving this company and this unit a try!

This works great for my needs. Caring for elder parent and use to wash their hair 2-3 times a week. Easy to set up and works perfect for our needs.

I haven't been able to use it bc I can't find a faucet small enough to fit the sprayer. The hoses are way too short to use comfortably. I'm finding adapters to make it work. Other wise the sink is good quality. I think I'm just going to use a bucket to drain in. It's good enough for what I need it for

Wash day for my 12-year-old bonus daughter was troublesome, considering she is taller than me, but then I got this basin, and it all got better. I have it three stars because the water entrance hose did not fit any of the faucets in our home. Thank goodness for quick ties, as they helped tremendously to hold the tap in place, especially if the water pressure was high. The second reason for the three stars is because the hose is too short. The manufacturers need to rectify this by making the hose longer or replacing it with a longer hose. It

U need a bucket or trash can to catch the dirty water also the attachment for the spray this kinda sucks may just b my sink but doesn’t work well and kills all kinda of pressure so takes forever to rinse tick soapy hair or color out of hair

It's not easy to drain the water from this unit. The hose as to be laying on the ground for the water to run out. It's portable.... where will I drain out the water. I use it in my kitchen and place the hose in the sink but it never runs out it just fills up. Then I have to get a bucket to drains the water out but its such an inconvenience because water gets everywhere on the floor. It's a mess. Would never recommend this item. A MAJOR INCONVENIENCE
