Love this scooter!
Love this razor scooter! The larger wheels makes going over uneven terrain easier. The adjustable height makes it both assessable to my child AND myself! Was this a gift for them, or me? Maybe me...Very sturdy, easy to collapse and compact enough to bring on in car and wagon.

Quality Fun Scooter for Everyone!
I always had Razor scooters as a kid so I was hoping the brand still made quality products, and guess what? They absolutely do! I bought this as a birthday present for a 7 year old boy, he absolutely loves it, the larger wheels allows for him to not need to worry about hitting the bumps and cracks in the sidwalk as much. The scooter feels solidly built, the locking mechanism is smooth and has never come unhooked when it's not meant to. I'm thinking about buying a couple more of these, one for myself and another for his mom so we can ride around the park in style!

Fun and practical transportation for (playful active) adults
This thing is a lot of fun. I'm an adult and I use it to shorten a 40 minute walk. I can do it in about 1/3 of the time on this scooter. I've rolled hundreds of miles on this thing and it's holding up quite well. I weigh 150 lbs and I carry a backpack that weighs between 35 & 60 lbs. So on the average day, I've got around 200 lbs rolling along on this thing.I wear a helmet because you can easily get up to 25 MPH on this thing going down a hill. On the flats, it'll do a solid 10+ MPH. Going uphill is a lot of work. Usually I just sling it over my shoulder and walk when hills are steep. If you live where it rains a lot, the rear brake doesn't work well if there's any moisture. In some cases, it feels like it doesn't do anything. But if it's dry outside, it does a reasonable job of slowing and stopping the scooter. It folds up in about 3 - 5 seconds. I can chase a bus on this thing and collapse it while I'm on the run, board and ride. I'm pretty sure I look quite silly on this thing but that's okay. It reminds me of being a kid, it's that fun.I ran it over some gravel one day and much to my surprise, it kept rolling. The gravel wasn't loose and the scooter slowed down quite a bit but it didn't stop the thing. I've probably ridden this thing 200 miles or more. The front wheel looks almost new and the rear wheel has lost a little bit of tread but not much. It rattles quite a bit when I'm just pushing it but once I put my weight on it, it rolls along solidly.I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these for a kid -- it would absolutely hold up to that. My only concern would be that the kid should be old enough to be responsible going the speeds you can get on the downhill with this thing. A helmet is a good idea.Would I buy one of these again? Absolutely. This thing has paid for itself several times over. Cheaper than taking a cab and a lot more fun. Good exercise too!

its great
I am a woman of 70. I decided to buy an adult scooter so I can scooter with my grandson when babysitting. Loe this scooter! It is stable, safety, comfortable to ride on. The only I wish I have, is that it had a hand brake. The park we scooter on has downpaths, so the scooter, by gravity, tends to increase ins speed. I guess not a big, considering it was made for young adults.

Average scooter
I was really excited when I ordered these. My 5 year old was wanting to ride his other scooter to school each morning and he's outgrowing it. I got 2 of these so we could ride together. I like that it folds in half and handlebars detach making it compact. Also, the handlebars do extend high enough for my liking. I'm 5'3. I have my handlebars extended to the fullest height. However, I would have liked for the ride to be smoother and the foot base wider. The ride is stiff. You feel every bump severely. Also, only one of my feet fits on the base comfortably. My foot is a size 7. The other foot has to stay vertically behind the other foot which then requires most of my weight to be on one leg. And, man a live, I feel that strain the whole ride. Downhill is nice. I can adjust my feet diagonally and coast. Shipping also had me riled. Both were expected on the same day and then in the last 24 hours one was out for delivery and one was stuck in Ohio. Overall, it's an average scooter. I would have enjoyed a wheel more similar to a bike in material and a wider base, but it's decent.
