Works great!
Since I was just starting out in the stamping world, I didn't want to purchase a really expensive precision stamp press. This has been a complete game changer! Not only is it affordable, but it allows me to get my stamps in the right position and even double stamp them if needed. The mat to lay your paper down is slightly sticky however it does stain easily. I have tried to clean it with non-alcohol cleaner and it doesn't seem to come up. But that's the life of crafting, right? I have recommended the product to several people since purchasing it.

Very easy to use.
Just wish it had been larger.

The perfect size for card making
The media could not be loaded. ***Update*** I added the magnets to the back...I might add more magnets later.I really like the size of this press and that you can use larger size paper. I plan to get 8mmx3mm magnets for the bottom holes because it would hold the paper better. Right now I'm using painters tape and that is sufficient for the time being. It stores away easily. The price is exceptional compared to other precision presses.

Memory Keeper
Disappointed that this did not have a magnetic backing. It is really not suitable to use without one. I did not read product details carefully enough. It did come with magnets but without the magnetic pad it is worthless. Spend the extra money and get an original with all the components.

Buyer be wear.
I bought two of these and both were already opened, which I think is ridiculous for the price. However, on top of that, one was broken at the hinge (see photo). The one that is intact does seem very sturdy, but I have yet to use it. Seems like it will be a great tool. Jusy very disappointed with the broken item and receiving both used items for paying full price.

Great, Cheaper Alternative to Other Brand Name Ones
I bought this needing a stamp platform for card making but needing to stick to a budget and this was much less expensive than the pricier Tim Holtz or Misti platforms so I figured I'd give it a try. I am so happy I bought this. It works perfectly, I finally can make use of my layered stamp sets. I recommend this for anyone who is looking for a easy to use, simple, small/medium size stamp platform at an affordable price. I wish I would've purchased it sooner.

Preliminary Review
Because it was on my wishlist, my husband gave this to me for Christmas 2016. It works just as it says and is helpful for me as I have RA. Also, I like stamping on watercolor paper, and this, like the MISTI is ideal for that because stamping repeatedly gives good illustration lines. I also own the small MISTI. Neither of these presses is perfect. However, I'll just review the Precision Press. My experience is that my photopolymer stamps stick to the paper I am stamping on, and thus pull the paper up off of the base, so each time I stamp, I have to make sure the paper or cardstock is laying exactly where it was before. The paper does not stay laying on the base as claimed by We R Memory Keepers. Post-It note tape does not hold down the paper. However, Washi Tape does, so I use small pieces of it to keep my paper in place. With rubber cling stamps, this is not an issue. However, I still prefer to keep my paper firmly in place. I don't like using the magnets with the MISTI because I find that sometimes the depth of the magnets actually keeps the stamp from fully engaging with the paper. But I do like that the magnets at least work to hold the paper in place. The Precision Press has a lovely lid, which is clear, strong, graphed, and is nicely weighted. The two open sides on this press are advantageous especially for my large cardmaking, such as 5x7 inches. The self-adjusting hinges are fantastic for easily switching between photopolymer and cling-rubber stamps. Woo hoo! However, I have had a few times, when stamping upon thinner paper, where the graph-grooves in the base have negatively effected the image I am stamping, and I have had to use a marker or pen to fill-in the lines. Not so with the MISTI. I suppose I should have done a side-by-side comparison, but this is only my preliminary evaluation. I hope to review the press after futher use. It is really a nice press, but like most things, it has room for improvement. Perhaps I should develope a hybrid stamp press that uses the best of both stamping tools! Wouldn't that be nice! Bless my husband though for giving this to me. He's a peach!

Better than blocks
What I like most about this is if the image doesn't print the first time you can reink and stamp it again. When I was using blocks and the image didn't stamp all the way I would usea pen to fill in where the incomplete image was. So frustrating. I love this and will never use blocks again. Highly recommend.

really east to use
For the price this is great , sturdy and well made no magnets on this press you do have to use a bit of low tac tape but thats ok - no magnets to loose! It is small and fits on desk easily, you can put a 12 x12 sheet in if you should wish and it fits any depth of stamp as the hinge adjusts . Perfect for my needs.

Light and portable, but not the best on the market.
Does the job, but for the money you can buy better. This was the first stamp positioner I ever bought, and it is ok - it will do the job. It's a little on the small side and unlike the Misti (which is not easily available in the UK) or the Tim Holtz/tonic studios platform it does not have a magnetic base, and its lid is somewhat on the thin side. The whole build feels rather lighter weight than I expected. On the other hand, I recently bought the newly-released Tim Holtz stamp platform for a similar price, and I couldn't be happier with it. It's bigger, sturdier and heavier... and it has magnets to hold your project firmly in place. So if you want a small stamp press to take out and about, choose this. Otherwise, buy the Tonic Studios version, it is just so much better value.

Amazing product
This is easily one of the best purchases that I have made on Amazon! Yes it was a bold statement but this is an amazing product. I have been looking for a stamping platform for a while, something not too expensive, easy to use and good quality. This product has it all. Perfect for clear stamps, easy to clean and perfect for beginners of stamp craft. I have seen many stamping platform products but the value for money with this particular product is brilliant ! ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great for precision stamping
This is a great piece of equipment if you need to apply stamps with any degree of precision, it also allows you to re-ink and re-stamp if your first impression was not as good as you wanted.Place the piece that you wish to apply your stamp to on the back plate aligned to the guides, position the stamp onto the piece and close the lid, the stamp adheres to the top plate with no fear of it moving, open the lid and ink the stamp then close the lid and the image will be stamped onto your piece of work in the exact position that you wanted. So long as the cards are aligned to the guides you can create multiple pieces with the image in the exact same position!
