Horse Ear Plugs, Equine earplugs, Foam Ball, Block Noise, Soft and Comfortable, Reusable

Our 18hh warmblood (Sunny) is very sensitive to noise when he's away from home. Because our usual parade horse had an abscess we had to use Sunny in the Christmas parade. He can be a freak away from home, so it was a real gamble. I lost one of our fuzzy earplugs the last time we took him somewhere, so I needed a replacement. These were the right price, easy to find if one falls out, and I thought the foam would do a better job of blocking out noise. These are so perfect I'll never use any other kind of earplugs!! We put a pair in before loading him in the trailer at noon, and didn't even have to push them back in until we got home at 6pm! He was oblivious to all the noise and was a perfect gentleman, even when the parade folks decided to park a line of classic cars within a tail swish of him!Even though they are orange, you cannot see them at all. The picture is very early in the parade line-up, before it got very cramped and busy with all the crazy decorations. As you can see in the picture, while he has the earplugs in, you cannot see them at all. I recommend these earplugs to anyone with a horse who is questionable away from home!

These are amazing! Very soft and easy to squeeze into place. Our horse absolutely hated POMS and every other brand we tried. They were too hard and she would ferociously shake them out. After losing a few pairs in the arena after she shook them out we tried these and are the only thing we use. They seem to be much more comfortable and effective. She wore them at an indoor show recently and they helped dampen scary noises and kept her much more focused and less spooky than years past in the same arena.

The price is great for 4 pairs, and I love the storage box they come in. They are very soft and appear to be comfortable for my horse. I used to always use Poms, but they are around $11 for 1 pair.

My mini donkey laughs in the face of M80's with these things. Same foam as human shooting range earplugs only bigger and rounder. My donkey tries to shake them out at first and sometimes succeeds if I don't get them in well enough. I don't leave them in all night as I would imagine his ears would he pretty sore by morning based on my own experience of wearing the human version for too long. Don't try washing and reusing them. They get pretty gross. No more injuries from running from the madness of New Years and Independence day celebrations only feet away from our barnyard. Money well spent. These would work for dogs as well!

These worked amazingly well to help with the surrounding insane fireworks that go off every year. I cut one in half for our pony and used the whole ones for our horse.
