Q: Will this hold acoustic, electric guitars and basses at the same time? Is there a version that comes with casters?

We've got a banjo, two acoustics, an electric bass and an electric guitar on ours. Can't say about the casters.

Q: I just received my package. It doesnt have any screw, any type of manual for construct, or the pieces that separate the guitars on the stand. ?

This is exactly what happened to us. No pieces that separate guitars and no connection harware. Was it ever resolved? How to contact them?

Q: How deep is the bottom deminsion?

The bottom two "rungs" are spaced out 3" and then 11-1/2" from the vertical riser. They work fine for most of my guitars, but are a bit narrow for my wider body semi-hollow bodies like my Epiphone Sheraton II and my Rickenbacker 330/12. In those cases, the strap button interfers slightly with the outer "rung" and I have to angle the bodies a bit more than I'd like. It would not work well for large flat-top acoustics. Still a good unit for handling a LOT of electric guitars in a small space.

Q: Will this hold b.c. rich warlock guitars?

The distance between the bars on the bottom is ~7 inches on the inside and ~10 on the outside. If you measure the bottom your guitar and it is 7 inches wide at any point, but there is less than 2.5 inches of length to the bottom of the guitar, it should fit.
