Q: What the pressure range? please

It ranges from -14.5psi to 800 psi. Blue pressure gauge: -14.5psi to 500 psi; Red pressure gauge: -14.5psi to 800 psi.

Q: Can you charge refrigerant with this gauge set?

I believe it comes with a "t" connection so you need to get your own hoses to connect to the "t" so you can add refrigerant

Q: Its nice that we can 'zero out' the pressure guages, but is there a way to calibrate the temperature (probes)?

Sorry, the temperature probe cannot be calibrated/reset.
