Q: Does this cover only 4 posts or 6 as well?

It depends on the number of posts your bus bar have. If yours is 4 posts order the corresponding cover for 4posts.

Q: Will the 2719 cover accommodate a 2/0 gauge wire and lug connector?

As stated by the manufacture: Lug size is 10-32. 2/0 connectors are usually 3/8 so the hole size on the connector may be larger than the stud on the busbar.

Q: Is there a current limit for each stud? (as opposed to the total 250amp limit for all 6) would i be safe drawing max 120a from a couple studs? thanks.

This part doesn't come with any of the hardware, I would not buy it, find one that has all the hardware with it. Than you will have a answer to your question.
