Don't Hope it works, Be Sure!
Picture is of the 1st kit, what I got was the updated 2nd kit. Cable goes straight to the front axle fork to engage 4x4. I was so glad. Anyone can install and works everytime. Now I have an extra option of (2wd low!) if I dont pull the cable, great for getting my boat out of the back yard! I can steer Normal, no binding. You still use your transfer case buttons, and no guessing if the 4x4 is working. Best thing for my 2003 blazer.

Solved my front diff not engaging fully problem
The 4x4 posi lok system Solved the front diff not engaging fully problem in my 2001 Chevy s10 ZR2 blazer. Whether you have a vacuum problem or an actuator problem, as long as your transfer case switch works to make your front driveshaft turn, you won’t have to worry about your front differential not engaging anymore. Just simply press your 4x4 hi or low button like normal, then pull the 4x4 posi lok cable, then twist it to its fullest outward adjustment and you should be good to go. Can’t give it 5 stars because of the horrible instructions (or lack there of a few steps). I’m decently mechanically inclined and it took me 4 hours between figuring out where to drill the hole and the best place to route the cable to my front diff up and and around the front of the vehicle, and then troubleshooting why it wasn’t engaging when the cable was pulled. It was a headache since I figured it would only take an hour or 2 at first but overall I’m happy with this product. (If pulling the cable doesn’t engage your front diff, turn the handle counter clockwise to adjust it outwards once the cable is engaged fully outward. And once you disengage it turn the handle clockwise so it doesn’t stay stuck out as far. It took a while for me to figure this out and ended up finding it on a ram forum. There weren't very many people with s10s troubleshooting these online that I could find. Like I said the lack of installation steps and operating instructions kept this from a 5 star review.

Works great
Works great. Little difficult to find spot in cab to mount control. People just need to remember, after you disengage the front axle, you need to back up 5-10 ft so it actually disengages. Same as factory

solve the vacuum actuator problem.
install instructions are not the most complete. Fairly easy installation. Solves the prone to failure vacuum actuator on a lot of 4x4's

Great Product!
This product was just what we needed to fix our 4 wheel drive! Works like a dream! The best part is its a cheaper, better fix for a vehicle with electronic controls. It totally eliminates the problem of electronics gone haywire.

This company sucks. STAY AWAY from their products.
The directions were complete junk. Has nothing to do with the application. I spent an hour calling the customer support and one guy actually read me the directions like I couldn't read them myself. When I finally got a hold of somebody that actually saw the kit before he explained to me that the directions were just a guide and I would have to figure out the best way to install it myself. Just save yourself some time and go on you tube and watch the diy videos and save the money. The product could be good if the company didn't suck so bad. STAY AWAY! I couldn't even Imagine how pissed off I would be if I called the with a real problem.
