This is a brilliant idea for a pillow, I love it.Rather than one piece of foam, it's loads of tiny shaving, so you can take some out to get it exactly right for your sleeping style, and you can (sort of) mould it into different shapes too.I sleep on my front, with my head to one side, I need a super thin pillow, I usually make my own out of a piece of a 2" memory foam mattress topper, but that not very comfortable and doesn't feel like it cradles your head properly.This pillow is perfect, I've removed about 80% of the foam so there's not much left in it at all, but it's great for the way I sleep and it feels like it's holding my head in place really well.The case is also very comfortable and it's easy to remove and wash.The tiny label (company logo) on the pillow is really annoying and often sticks into me when I have the pillow the wrong way around, I wish they didn't add stuff like this, it's really not necessary at all on a pillow. But that aside, can't fault it.

Wasn't too keen on the memory foam filling as ive had mixed experiences with memory foam but this pillow hits the nail on the head, firm enough to support your neck and back without cutting of circulation to your ears. Also whatever has been done to keep them cool works. Best pillow ive ever bought.

Great pillows. Have been using them for a month and they have kept their shape and easy to puff back up. I find them very comfortable. I haven't removed any stuffing as I prefer a firmer pillow.

These pillows are superb!!You have the best of both world with the benefits of a soft and fluffy stuffing pillow, with the support and cooling effect from the memory foam. In all, my family have purchased 6 of these pillows, replacing every one we had before and they are incredible. They come packaged in a neoprene zip bag which, when you remove some of the memory foam chunks, can be reused as a storage bag. These do not go flat like a normal pillow and they can be customised to you.I love the breathable bamboo! I am a hot sleeper, I sleep with a fan every night (yes, winter too) and often wake up super warm in the night with regular pillows. With these however, I stay nice and cool all night.I also am very appreciative of the fact that the outer bamboo sleeve can be removed for washing. The memory foam does not seem to get dirty as I believe the cover protects it. But washing the cover and replacing it when I change my bed makes me feel like I have brand new pillows every time.Highly rate these pillows and will 100% buy more when needed!

Found these really good .Very firm, but you can take out the foam to suit your preference, and comes with the bag to keep the excess in.

I got this pillow primarily because it is supposed to be cooling ... Sadly it is the very opposite.I arrives vacuum packed. When it expanded fully, I found it to be too plump and firm. I had read all the blurb and I knew it could be adjusted. I unzipped the outer cover to discover there is a zipped up inner bag. I unzipped this bag and proceeded to remove some of the filling. I decided that removing 25% would be about right. The filling material itself feels cool to the touch, and the small foam pieces are cleverly bound together with fine wispy clingy stuff to "unify" it. Having removed some filling and evened out the fill, I put the adjusted pillow into an Egyptian cotton pillow case (I find these to be the coolest). I had got the fill of the pillow right. It was comfortable. But buy did it NOT cool. Very quickly (MUCH quicker than my old pillow), it became uncomfortably hot. I persevered for a while, but had to revert back to my old pillow.Having thought about why this would happen, I can only think that the bamboo (a material used for insulation) cover and the inner cover had insulating properties that simply didn't allow the heat from my head to pass trough to the cooling, heat-absorbing filling.In conclusion I would say that the pillow is very good for comfort, but dreadful if want it to be cool.
