Athren Exercise Ball

I purchased the ball for a friend, she is using it with no issues. I had to inflate it for her and it came with a very cheap foot pedal to inflate it with. This thing probably made it 20 times harder to inflate than it should be but if you have an electric air pump or even a bicycle pump to inflate it with you'll be fine.As the headline says, it is a decent ball if you are in the market for one. I probably wouldn't have left this review but someone named "Emily" claiming to be the founder of "Athren" emailed me requesting it. That prompted me to actually look up the company "Athren" and see who this Emily was. They appear to have no presence on the internet so "Emily" is probably a 78-year-old Chinese man named Wong in Guangzhou. Such is the nature of the days we live in, gents.

The ball is great. Before it arrived , the company had contacted me to let me know inflation takes two times due to normal expansion. The ball does not feel thin or cheap. I work onboard a tugboat with limited space. Therefore, I use the ball as a bench press as well as all the other excercises that come on the convenient poster with the ball. i weigh 197 pounds and feel confident that the ball is plenty durable.The pump that comes with the ball is far better than other hand pumps that I've used in the past. Very easy to use.

This ball is everything that was advertised. After I had received the instructions regarding proper inflation of the ball, the results were spot on. I use it to help stretch out my lower back for the most part. I bought the 55cm ball, and at 5'8" in height, it is perfect.

Opened up package and used the included pump to begin inflation. It was nice that specific instructions were emailed to me as how to properly get ball inflated to correct size. It worked exactly as I would expect. Feels very sturdy.

Looks good and high quality. The pump is small but without too much effort inflated the Exercise ball. Ultimately, I'll give this away as I ordered a size too small. But I have no complaints.

Had to buy one of these back in '97 when I had two herniated disks. Physical therapy with these improves your core strength which can prevent back injury. The one I bought back then was a very expensive, medical grade exercise ball. This one is the same quality, but tons cheaper! I am currently using it at my work desk to take breaks from my chair. Gives my hamstrings a break and works my mid-section as I sit on the ball. Really has made an improvement in work day with how I feel. Better than sitting in a chair for 8 hours! The pump provided isn't the greatest, but it did the job. Frankly, once it's inflated, I don't anticipate that I will need the pump again. The little tool provided to remove the plug (hold in the air) is quite handy when you want to let out some air for comfort, as I did when "setting" it up at work to use instead of my chair. I can wholly recommend this exercise ball as a great quality product.

Got the 65 and 75 mm. I am 6'3 and the 75 is a good size. It was easy to inflate with the included pump. Well made product. Would buy again.
