When I Solo I O Meal
The other dehydrated meals are too much for me when I solo. Yes the weight is a bit more.. but I like to not have food waste in the backcountry. Also I can cook my coffee on my jet boil while using the self heating OMeal to save time. Especially convenient in storms where it is impossible to light the stove.

Fast and ease of heating on trips
Very easy to cook and eat on long canoe trips. Have also used the warm water to warm up my hands and feet after eating
